1. Information we collect and store

• Practice and round notes, awareness notes, club information, expenses, improvement goals, swing videos, pasted video URLs, and other information you provide.
• Firebase Authentication user IDs, app identifiers, usage events, device information, advertising identifiers where available, and error information.
• Subscription and purchase status, support messages, and optional answers to the acquisition-source survey.
• AI-generated reviews, problems, focus points, suggestions, and evaluations derived from your records.

2. How we use information

• To save and display records, show statistics, store videos, link accounts, manage subscriptions, and provide App features.
• To generate personal AI reviews and suggestions using practice notes, awareness notes, goals, and relevant past reviews.
• To analyze usage, AI quality, errors, and costs and improve the App. Firebase Analytics data is exported to BigQuery.
• To serve and measure ads, respond to support requests, and prevent misuse.

3. Services that process information

When generating an AI review, we send practice and awareness note text, goals, and relevant records to the Gemini Developer API through Firebase AI Logic. AI output is stored as an App record in Firestore.

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, In-App Messaging, and AI Logic), BigQuery, AdMob, and RevenueCat for App features, analysis, advertising, and subscription management. If you paste a YouTube link, its URL is sent to YouTube to retrieve the title.

These providers may process information in regions where they operate, including outside Japan. We do not currently sell user records or provide them as an external aggregate product or training dataset.

4. Identifiers and analytics

We may associate records, usage, and subscription status using Firebase user IDs and app identifiers. We do not describe all Analytics data as anonymous. We do not send free-text note content in GA4 events; it is handled by the AI processing and record-storage services. Analytics data may be stored in BigQuery. Our website uses Google Analytics and lets you accept or decline analytics cookies.

5. Retention and deletion

We do not set a single automatic deletion period for records. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us below. There is currently no in-app account deletion button. After verifying the request, we review the relevant services and process it. Records required by law and technical backups or logs may remain for a limited period afterward.

6. Changes and contact

We update this page when our practices change and notify users in the App or on the web where appropriate. The operator is elle.dev. Send questions and deletion requests to the contact below.
