1. Accounts and records

You are responsible for the records you submit and the use of your account. You may link an Apple or Google account through the available features. Account and associated-data deletion requests are currently handled by email; there is no in-app deletion button.

2. Your content

You or the rightful owner retain rights to notes, videos, and other content you provide. You permit us and our service providers to process that content as needed to provide the App, generate personal AI reviews, save and display records, and improve quality. We do not currently sell user records or provide them as an external training dataset.

3. AI suggestions

AI reviews and practice suggestions are reference information based on your records. We do not guarantee their accuracy or any improvement outcome. They are not a substitute for professional health, medical, or safety advice.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Violating the law or others’ rights, or recording or publishing another person’s information without permission.
• Unauthorized access, tampering, disruption of the App, or unauthorized reverse engineering.

5. Paid services

Subscription features, prices, and renewal terms appear on the purchase screen. Billing and cancellation follow the rules of the relevant app store. If a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

6. Availability, changes, and liability

We work to maintain the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accurate AI output. We will notify users in the App or on the web where appropriate if we change or discontinue the service or revise these terms. Nothing here excludes liability where the law does not allow it.

7. Governing law and contact

Japanese law governs these terms. Send questions and account or data deletion requests to the contact below.
